  • Business Information:For Sellers & Designers, we collect business licenses, tax identification numbers, and professional credentials.
  • Payment Data: Financial information is processed directly by our third-party processor (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage Data: Details of your visits to our Platform, including traffic data, location data, and logs.
  • Content: Images, descriptions, and messages sent through our platform (including file attachments in chat).

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us:

  • To Facilitate Transactions: To connect Buyers and Sellers and manage the commission process.
  • To Verify Professionals:To confirm "Trade" status for Interior Designers.
  • For Delivery Services: To share necessary contact and address details with our delivery partners (e.g., Goshare) to fulfill your orders.
  • Compliance: To fulfill our obligations as a Marketplace Facilitator, including sales tax collection.
  • Subscriptions & add ons: To process subscriptions (The Booth, The Gallery, The Atelier, The Designer Atelier) and in-app purchases.
  • Local Markets:To display your attendance at local flea markets to other users. By using the "Local Market Attendance" feature, you are consenting to making your location and schedule public to all app users.
  • Support: To improve app performance and provide customer support.

3. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide:

  • To Other Users: Buyers and Sellers will see limited information (such as names and delivery addresses) necessary to complete a transaction.

  • Legal Requirements: To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including responding to any government or regulatory request.

4. YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA/ CPRA)

  • Right to Delete: Request that we delete your personal information.

We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Platform (like public project boards).

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. Note on Extra Listings: Data regarding purchased extra listings is retained for the duration of their 35-day validity period and for record-keeping purposes thereafter.

7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Sunday Morning is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page.
